We’re driven by a simple principle: helping people. As a values-led Company, we empower our employees to make a real difference in their communities. Our unique approach, mirroring our market strategy, puts our team at the forefront of positive change.
Established in 2020, the employee-led Skyward Foundation channels our Company’s resources to support causes close to our team’s hearts. Through volunteerism, fundraising and advocacy, the Skyward Foundation has supported organizations benefitting our key focus areas that include health and human services, veterans and civic services, food insecurity and the environment. By the end of 2024, our combined employee and foundation contributions surpassed $627,000, demonstrating our commitment to supporting those in need.
The Skyward Foundation Matching Gifts Program was created to amplify employee impact, ensuring their contributions go even further. The program not only matches donations dollar-for-dollar but also recognizes employees’ volunteer efforts by making contributions based on their time spent giving back. This initiative reflects Skyward Specialty’s commitment to fostering meaningful change in the communities where we live and work.
