Five years ago, the Skyward Foundation set out with a simple goal: to help communities in need. Together with our employees, the Foundation has now donated more than $1 million to causes across the U.S., an achievement made possible by the generosity of our people.
The Skyward Foundation was founded in 2020, launched at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, to support communities facing unprecedented hardship. At the time, a milestone of this scale would have been hard to picture. In the years since, the Foundation has grown into something far bigger: a true reflection of the generosity, compassion and purpose that define our culture at Skyward Specialty. Employee donations, Company-wide campaigns, and thousands of volunteer hours have all played a part, channeling support toward the causes our people care about most, in the communities where they live and work.
From local nonprofits to national disaster relief, our people keep showing up for the causes closest to their hearts. Crossing $1 million is proof of what’s possible when a Company built on purpose comes together.
