Angela joined the Company in 2022 and brings more than 20 years of progressive human resources leadership experience supporting growing, complex organizations. She serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, partnering closely with executive leadership to align people strategy, culture, and organizational capabilities with Skyward Specialty’s business objectives.
Prior to joining Skyward Specialty, Angela held senior HR leadership roles where she led enterprise talent strategies, advised executive teams, and guided organizations through growth, change, and transformation. She is known for her pragmatic, business-minded approach and her belief that strong culture and accountability are key drivers of performance and long-term success.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with her family at the lake, cooking, and relaxing with her dogs.
