The heart of what we do is helping people. We are a values-driven Company actively focused on supporting our employees in the communities where we live and work. Our approach to doing the right thing is a little different, and much like our strategy to win in the markets we serve, our employees are in the driver’s seat.

Founded in 2020, the Skyward Foundation is an employee-led, Company-funded foundation established to support community organizations and interests with whom our employees are aligned and involved. Through volunteer events, fundraising and other social awareness initiatives organized by our employees, the Skyward Foundation has supported organizations benefitting key focus areas that include health and human services, veterans and civic services, food insecurity and the environment. As of the end of 2023, through employee giving and the Skyward Foundation, we have contributed more than $408,000.
