In early January 2025, California faced devastating wildfires that impacted countless individuals and families from all walks of life, many of whom tragically lost everything.
In light of this heartbreaking situation, the Skyward Foundation took action by launching a fundraiser to benefit the American Red Cross of Greater Los Angeles and the California Fire Foundation. Our goal was to provide vital financial support to the communities in Los Angeles as they navigate the overwhelming challenge of recovery from this catastrophe. The Foundation initially donated $10,000 to the Red Cross and $5,000 to the California Fire Foundation. Additionally, it pledged to match every employee donation to the fund dollar for dollar.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our employees, the Foundation’s matching gift program, and the initial contributions, we successfully raised a total of $38,243 for relief efforts.
