At Skyward Specialty, giving back isn’t just a one-day event; it’s part of who we are. This year, our employees once again demonstrated their generosity and commitment to making a difference, turning Giving Tuesday into a powerful force for good.
In just a few days, 62 employees submitted an impressive $14,338 in matching gift requests to support the causes closest to their hearts. Thanks to the Skyward Foundation’s 2x match, that total grew to an incredible $36,706, directly benefiting nonprofits and community organizations nationwide.
The Skyward Foundation Matching Gifts Program was created to amplify employee impact, ensuring their contributions go even further. The program not only matches donations dollar-for-dollar but also recognizes employees’ volunteer efforts by making contributions based on their time spent giving back. This initiative reflects Skyward Specialty’s commitment to fostering meaningful change in the communities where we live and work.
