As Vice President, Head of Investor Relations and Financial Reporting, Natalie Schoolcraft, CPA, CPCU, leads the company’s strategic communications with the investment community and oversees all aspects of financial reporting, corporate accounting, SOX compliance and financial systems. With a strong background in corporate controllership, investor relations and regulatory compliance, Natalie plays a key role in shaping investor perceptions and ensuring transparency across all financial disclosures.

With more than 15 years of experience in accounting and SOX compliance, 12+ years in the insurance industry and 7 years in investor relations,  Prior to joining Skyward Specialty, she held leadership roles at State Auto Insurance Companies, where she was instrumental in driving controllership, external reporting, and investor and rating agency engagement initiatives.

In her free time, Natalie enjoys traveling, playing tennis and spending time with her family and friends. She is an avid sports fan and can be found cheering on her daughter and stepson, as well as her favorite Cleveland sports teams and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
