Our 10-week Summer Internship Program gives students an authentic, hands-on look into the specialty insurance industry. From day one, interns contribute to real projects, collaborate across teams, and connect with colleagues and leaders throughout the organization— all the way up to the CEO. We’ve built this program with the same intention we bring to everything at Skyward Specialty: to create an experience that’s as valuable for you as it is for us. It’s why 88% of our interns go on to join us full time.
