Each year, Giving Tuesday highlights the power of generosity and community impact. At Skyward Specialty, this annual day of giving reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting the causes and communities that matter most to our employees.
In recognition of Giving Tuesday, the Skyward Foundation activated its Matching Gifts Program to expand the reach of employee contributions made to nonprofit organizations of their choice. Our generous employees donated $17,598 to support more than 103 organizations. With the Foundation’s two-to-one match, our collective impact reached $47,222 in just a few days!
The Skyward Foundation’s Matching Gifts Program supports employee giving throughout the year. In addition to matching charitable donations, the program also recognizes employee volunteerism by providing grants based on volunteer hours contributed to nonprofit organizations. This approach allows us to support a wide range of causes and the communities where we live and work.
