Skyward Specialty launched the Bright Futures Scholarship in 2023 to benefit the dependents of our employees. Aligned with our core values, this addition to our robust employee benefits reinforces our long-term investment in the growth and success of our employees and their families.

Program Highlights:

  • Open to all dependents, including biological, step and/or legally adopted children and grandchildren of full-time employees
  • Applicants may include high school seniors, recent high school graduates or those currently enrolled in college-level or post high school vocational study
  • Annually we award $2,500 to six recipients; one award of $5,000 is awarded to the Norman J. Schmitt Aspiring Educators Scholarship recipient
